Well First I Should Say That i'm making this Blog Because I Find it really bad when Pixy soft are released and we should wait about 5 or 6 months for them to be subbed, and some of them aren't subbed since years,
To Start This We Need

:- Translator [Japanese To English] .
There should be at least one translator in our Team, and all what he should do is To take about 1 Hour (Maximum 2 Hours) Per week , (when we finish the old series then you'll take just 1 hour per month of your time)
--:Open A Blocnote Or Wordpad.
--:Watch The Pixy Anime
--:Type All What They say, and let one free line between each end of 1st sentence and the start of the 2nd one.
--:In the end send this File To me so that the timer will adjust the timing and i will encode it,
so if you are a good translator ( Japanese - English ) and you have some few hours of your free time, then it would be nice if you share these hours With Us,
:- Encoder: that will be me an di'll mix the sub file with the anime and try to make it in the best quality and with a small size
you might as well need an editor to help the translator. some jap-> english translator dont use either as their main spoken language. you may have problems with typos or grammar or sentence structure (whatever it is, if u need QC). I know hentai is mostly "Ah AH Ah Ahhh" but still, if we dunno what the story is about, then there would be no meaning in forming a H-anime fansub in the first place.
